對鋁板進行清洗不僅僅是為了使建筑的墻體保持干凈漂亮的表面，而是要定期將積在烤漆表面的對烤漆會有侵害的污濁去除，保證烤漆的長期質量，清洗工作的周期主要取決于項目所在地的環境條件以及板面實際污染的程度而定。

1、從用大量的清水沖洗板表面開始，使用浸有經水稀釋過的洗滌劑的軟布輕輕的擦試板面。

2、再用大量的清水沖洗板面，將臟物沖走，檢查板面，對于沒有洗干凈的地方用洗滌劑重點清洗。用清水沖洗板面，直至將洗滌劑全部沖掉。

3、不要清洗熱的板面，溫度超過40度時，水分會過快的揮發對板面烤漆有害。一定要注意的是，選用合適的洗滌劑，最好是選用中性洗滌劑，請不要使用強堿性洗滌劑，通常有的氫氧化鉀、氫氧化鈉或碳酸鈉，強酸性洗滌劑，磨蝕性洗滌劑以及烤漆溶解性洗滌劑。
